Job Description
Responsible for the management of the production team in achieving production and target performance. To ensure, at all times, that jobs are produced to a set and agreed on quality, scheduling, and budgetary standards, while ensuring continuous process improvements and staff development. Candidate MUST BE assertive, organized, flexible, and result-driven for success in the role.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience and not less than 2 years at a supervisor grade
- Has hands-on experience in a fabrication/ advertising/ construction company
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team;
- Quality-driven mindset, balancing client expectations versus internal processes and productivity demands.
- Has excellent leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring effective solutions;
- Ability to deliver achievement through drive and initiative;
- Excellent time management skills: able to multi-task and prioritize projects according to urgency and importance in order to meet tight deadlines;
- Reliable: information and reporting provided should be up to date, accurate, and comprehensive;
Has good interpersonal skills: able to communicate with people at all levels within the business effectively;
- Has good command of English both written and verbal;

Human Resources Officer

Job Description
Ensures accuracy of timekeeping of employees including overtime and approved leave request, etc.
Drafts memoranda and disciplinary actions to erring employees and serves NTE and Notice of Decision to employee who violates company policies
Communicates and investigate infractions and violations related to employee conduct and discipline
Assists in identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues.
Assists in implementing and administering HRM policies and procedures in accordance with the organization’s overall goals and follow professional standards, regulatory requirements and labor laws
Assists in hiring, orientation/training and reviewing the performance of employees
Ensures that office equipment and facilities are maintained properly, coordinates the proper and timely repairs of equipment and facilities whenever necessary
Organizes annual employee engagement programs, such as but not limited to Annual Christmas Party, company outing, Team Building and sports activities as needed
Ensures employee discipline and performance management system are enforced
Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time
Monitors accuracy of employee database, ensures proper recording, approval and disposition of all documents received in accordance with policies and procedures
Qualifications
With Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRM or related course
Relevant experience in an HR role, with 1 year experience in an Officer level
Good leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
